Happy Birthday Emma and Paige!!!!!!!!!!!
The Eagneys were in town visiting for the holidays and luckily we got to see them for a couple of short visits. Emma and Paige also had their 9th and 7th birthdays, on Jan. 2 and Dec. 30, respectively. I'd pull some baby pictures to complete the post, but my laptop is not functioning at the moment, which seems to be the theme of the day for a few others as well.

Paige and me before she applied the choke hold.

Em, Paige and Me watching Sophia on the Wii

Me and Em still on the exercise ball.
Karen and Em tandem riding on the broken Razor to Grandma's so she could put us all to work

Paiger riding her Razor to Grandma's during our Thanksgiving visit.
Love you my girls, hope to see you again soon!

Friday Night Videos
Everyone has their top whatever list of 2009. Usually they pull the best of the best and rank them in order. That's way too much work. So here's just a few of the most recently promised videos. But, now that I know how to upload the videos to YouTube and post to blogger - there should be more videos in 2010.
Here's the video of Josie showing off her talent at doing raspberries.
Presenting "Thwwwsssssppppp"
One of Bummum's favorite parts of Christmas is the Stockings. Tatum loved it. Tim and Jenel... Not so much. :)
Presenting "That’s What Grandma’s Are For"
Yet another one of Taters is in the mix - this is a recent one from NYE where she attempts to Wii Hula Hoop.
Presenting "It's All In The Hips"
This one is a favorite from our day of ice skating with the Eagneys. Melissa proving Ovechkin has nothin on her.
Presenting "June Ove-butt-chkin"
The best of these for last. Ladies and Gentlemen... We present to you
"Roadhouse Tatum Style!"
Tim is seriously rethinking teaching her this one.

Boo-boo yah, boo-boo yah, boo-boo yah, hah! Boo-boo yah, boo-boo yah, boo-boo yah, hah!
This year for New Years Eve the family all hung out at Tim & Jenel's. We had a great time with lots of family, food and Wii!
The key to becoming the Wii champion of the year is to stay properly hydrated. Hence, my camelback will take me to the next level of competition. Yeah! Hence!

Christopher trying to steal the backpack or just hugging his favorite Aunt. You decide.

No one likes winning more than Tatum. It must run in the genes.

But she also loves to cheer others on. Mom gets pretty excited too.

Mike and Chris battling it out in some Wii boxing to see who will be Brother of the Year.

Taters trying to hula hoop which was extremely funny.

She was much better at boxing.

Closing out the year with one of my favorite people of 2009.

Here's my other favorite and not just for 2009. Greg as usual was wearing his Star Wars jacket. I was jealous so I made a shirt for me with Han Solo and Chewie. Mine is awesomer.

Big thanks to The Becks for letting us all converge into their home. It was perfect!

We were all so happy that we didn't even give Derek too much crap for wearing his Cowgirls jacket.

Big kids - Me, Tim & Shell.

Group shot.

Tim was very excited to ring in 2010.

Derek getting his first kiss of 2010 from Nala.

Taters getting some Nala love too. She is such a cute kid.

Toasting the new year to Dad.

Tatum made it to midnight and then right up to bed. Where everyone had to read a few books to her.

Hope everyone had as great of a New Years as we did. Here's a slideshow with a lot more pics.

I Wish It Was Christmas Today
I knew I would be a bit late posting these Christmas pics – but one day into the new year isn’t too bad.
This Christmas Greg and I had a very nice and quiet Christmas Eve just us. Usually Christmas Eve we are running around and then I am up late wrapping gifts (no one reading this blog is surprised by my ability to procrastinate) so it was a nice change of pace.
We still met up at the Clausson’s for our traditional Christmas day gathering, and as usual, a good time was had by all. There were so many people and kids running around. Just what Christmas is about – oh yeah, and food! Lots of yummy food.
Here’s a few pictures of the day at Shell & Wade’s.
Tatum had fun playing with her cousins – here’s a very cute photo of her with two of Jamie's three girls Autumn and Jennifer.

Me with Jennifer and Anthony. Anthony is my cuddle bug.

Everyone was a fan of Michael's RC helicopter.

Especially Taters and Jennifer.

The Becks decided to exchange gifts the day after Christmas this year. It was a success, I think we might keep this up for years to come. So nice to get together after all the chaos is over, so that we can fully enjoy our own.
The hostess with the mostest, my Mommy.

Taters LOVES Diva but doesn't hold her correctly. She holds her like a baby. Here I am trying to show her how to hold the dog like a football.
Diva Bowl 2009

Tatum completely missed the concept behind the lesson and just wanted her turn as the center.

Ok now, in the pocket.

Tatum's other newest game is to play "Roadhouse". Roadhouse is yet another one of Tim's brilliant ideas. Tatum shouts out 'Roadhouse' and then kicks you. It's pretty funny, especially if you are not the one getting kicked.

Greg has an Excellent video where Tim might be rethinking this new game. Where do these genius ideas come from? Usually Family Guy...
With all the excitement and Tatum running around, her pants had difficulty staying up. Here is Cousin Christopher helping cover up her coin purse.

There were a lot of goodies for the gift exchange. Taking pics of Greg opening gift certificates is always a fun photo op, but I liked this one better. Chris and Mike got him a new umbrella so he doesn't have to take my polka-dotted umbrella to work anymore.

I made out like a bandit! Wade and Mom got me lots of Tools! I have my very own drummel now - just like Wades! Woot! Woot! Here's my new screwdriver set.

Shell got her Vera Bradley bag - Surprise, Surprise!

T was very excited about his Westbrook autographed photo. He was even happier that Westbrook was back to playing that weekend. His true Christmas gift.

But the highlight of the night was Tatum's gift from Shell and me. We got her the Gracie doll and matching dresses for Tatum and Gracie. She LOVED it.

Now I got to start working on the NYE photos. Might not be until tomorrow but definitely before the weekend is over. Until then - a slideshow from Christmas with the family.

The Breakfast Club
The Girls spent the night at Dad's so we convinced him to bring the girls over for breakfast.

The girls thought Greg was lying about the donuts the size of their heads. He wasn't!

But they managed nicely. Each one put 2 donuts on their plates, yet somehow we still managed to get them to eat some fruit.
A plethora of food and cute nieces! The bookends are wearing their birthday shirts - Paigey's is today - HAPPY B-DAY PAIGE. Emma's is Jan 2nd. I like my homemade shirt - who is driving? Bear is driving! How can that be?!

Me and my Sweetie!

And Greg with his. If Greg and Emma are in the same vicinity - you can bet money that Emma will be right by his side in a matter of minutes. We were in the grocery story getting some goodies. Greg ran off to get bread leaving Em with Chris and me. One minute later, Em was in the bread aisle.

Greg on the ball using his core to keep all the girls from falling while simultaneously trying to keep Paige from choking him out.

After all that food, we had to get some exercise in - the girls all took a turn playing the Chicken game. Your Mii is dressed in a chicken suit and you have to flap your wings to get to each check point. Paige wasn't that big a fan because she didn't excel at it immediately. We all got a kick out of Dad taking a turn. Greg didn't play - he was chicken - get it. :)

No visit to the Fissell's would be complete without the girls raiding my closet. Since there wasn't enough time for a fashion show, they just got into the shoes. No surprise - Paige went for the boots.

After the goofy poses, we got them to settle down for some photo sessions with Greg and Dad. This one is my favorite of Greg and the girls.

And this is my favorite of Granddad and his girls.

Here's a slide show of the rest of the pics.

Skate Party
The Eagney's drove up to Maryland and surprised Mike's Mom for Christmas. Greg and I got to spend some time with the girls too which was nice considering everyone wanted a piece of them.
We drove up to Bowie to go skating with them on the 26th.
I was impressed how Greg was able to skate even with Emma and Paige holding on for dear life.

We spent the morning of the 26th with my family doing our gift exchange (Check back soon for those pics) and we were lucky enough to get Chris for the day.
I took this action shot of Chris pushing me around the rink.

This shot is of Mo and me staring at this chick who spent the entire time spinning around like she was applying for Disney on Ice. Very odd.

The Schraders came up from Florida to see their family in MD too and they stopped by for the skating party. The girls were VERY happy they came.

Mike and Melis couples skating.

Here Morgo and Soph are flashing the gang signs. Appropriate since we were in the crime capital of MD - Bowie. When we got there the police were there because a car in the parking lot was broken into. You can imagine how thrilled Greg was since we drove up in his car.

Chris 0 6'3" and still growing. He is already taller than his two older brothers.

A good shot of all the cousins.

After the skating party the girls went to Greg Sr's and spent the night. Greg, Chris and I went over for a bit to get them all revved up before leaving Sr alone to take care of them. The next morning they came over for Breakfast and Wii. I am getting ready to post those pics next.
Until then - here is a slideshow of the good times skating.
